Assist with active business recruitment, city marketing, track commercial vacancies, and bridge the public & private sectors.

The city has no mandates to improve safety and is not tracking the annual safety data it was tasked to do with its Vision Zero Policy. We want to change that.

Collaborate with the city and private property owners to implement new parking solutions that make it easier to spend time downtown.

Create safer paths & crossings from the Lafayette-Moraga Trail to the downtown area, especially for our kids.

Work with existing organizations to create both temporary and permanent park space in downtown in an effort to spur community engagement and increase foot traffic.
